授权教育管理模式对前列腺癌患者总体幸福感及癌因性疲乏的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨授权教育管理模式对前列腺癌患者总体幸福感及癌因性疲乏的影响。方法:选取2016年7月至2019年2月我院收治的120例前列腺癌患者作为研究对象,所有患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组患者行常规健康宣教,而观察组患者在对照组患者的基础上辅以授权教育管理模式。对比两组患者生活质量、总体幸福感、自我管理效能及癌因性疲乏等指标。结果:干预后,两组患者躯体、社会、角色、情绪、认知等功能及总体生活质量评分均显著提高(P<0.05),且观察组患者各项评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者对生活的兴趣和满足、对健康的担忧、精力、愉快或忧郁的心情、对行为和情感的控制、松弛和紧张及幸福感总分均明显提高,且观察组患者上述诸指标评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者自我管理效能评分明显提高,且观察组患者自我管理效能评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者癌因性疲乏总分和躯体、认知及情感疲乏评分均明显降低,且观察组患者癌因性疲乏总分及各指标评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对前列腺癌患者行授权教育管理模式,可有效提高生活质量,增强总体幸福感,改善自我管理效能,降低癌因性疲乏感,值得临床进一步研究并推广。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effects of delegating health education model on overall well-being and cancer-related fatigue in patients with prostate cancer.Methods:120 cases of prostate cancer patients from July 2016 to February 2019 in our hospital were selected as the subjects.All of them were divided into control group and observation group according to random number method.The control group received conventional health education.The observation group received delegating health education on the basis of the control group.Quality of life,overall well-being,self-management efficacy and cancer-related fatigue between the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:After intervention,the scores of body,society,role,emotion,cognition and overall quality of life in the two groups were significantly improved,and the scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total scores of interest and satisfaction in life,worry about health,energy,happy or melancholy mood,control of behavior and emotion,relaxation and tension and well-being were significantly increased in both groups,and the scores of the above indexes in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The score of self-management efficacy was significantly improved in the two groups,and the score of self-management efficacy in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total score of cancer-related fatigue and the scores of physical,cognitive and emotional fatigue in the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the total score of cancer-related fatigue and the scores of physical,cognitive and emotional fatigue in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The delegating health education model for prostate cancer patients can effectively improve the quality of life,enhance overall well-being,improve self-management efficiency,and reduce cancer-related fatigue,it is worth promotion.
