| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨ENAH对肝癌细胞侵袭和迁移能力的影响及其机制。方法:用实时定量聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)的方法在mRNA水平测定ENAH在48对结肠癌组织及正常组织中的表达；改变ENAH表达后检测肝癌细胞系中ENAH，Transwell实验检测其侵袭和迁移能力。结果:RT-PCR结果显示:ENAH在肝癌组织中的表达高于正常组织；相比正常肝细胞系，ENAH在Huh7及BEL7402中的表达升高。下调ENAH在Huh7及BEL7402中的表达后，Transwell实验结果显示肝癌细胞系Huh7及BEL7402的运动、侵袭和迁移能力均明显减弱。结论:ENAH能够促进肝癌细胞系Huh7和BEL7402的侵袭和迁移能力。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the influence of ENAH on the invasion and migration in human liver cancer cell lines．Methods:The mRNA levels of ENAH in 48 pairs of the liver cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues，BEL7402 and Huh7 were determined by real-time PCR(RT-PCR) assays．The influence of ENAH on the mobility，invasion and migration of liver cancer cell lines were detected using Transwell assay.Results:The results of RT-PCR showed that ENAH were up-regulated in liver cancer tissues compared with adjacent normal tissues.The expression level of ENAH in Huh7 was significantly higher than that in THLE3，Transwell assay showed that the mobile，invasive and migratory ability were decreased after down-regulated the expression of ENAH in the liver cancer cell line Huh7.Conclusion:ENAH could enhance the invasive and migratory ability of liver cancer cell Huh7. |
