| 摘 要： | 环状RNA（circular RNA，circRNA）是一种共价闭合环状结构的非编码RNA，广泛存在于生物体中，具有结构稳定、高度保守性及特异性表达的特性。研究表明，circRNA可作为竞争性内源RNA（competing endogenous RNAs，ceRNA），调控基因表达或结合RNA相关蛋白发挥生物学功能。circRNA在肿瘤的发生发展中扮演了重要角色，有望成为肿瘤诊断的生物标志物及治疗靶点。本文结合国内外的最新研究，对circRNA在肿瘤中的研究进展作一综述。

| Abstract: | Circular RNA（circRNA） as a covalently closed circular non-coding RNA，exists in a variety of biological cells，characterized by the stable structure，conserved sequence and tissue-specificity.Studies show that circRNAs function is as ceRNAs.circRNAs are involved in the regulation of gene expression and binding with RNA-binding proteins.circRNAs play an important role in tumor development and progression and serve as potential bio-markers.In this review，we summarize the latest progress，both in domestic and foreign studies，on the progression of circRNAs in tumors. |
