摘    要:目的:通过研究NADPH氧化酶4(NOX4)在胃癌(STAD)组织中的表达及其与临床病理学参数的相关性,阐明其在STAD预后中的重要作用。方法:运用GEPIA大数据分析NOX4在正常胃组织和胃癌组织中的表达差异和其对胃癌预后的影响。再运用LinkedOmics大数据分析NOX4与STAD临床病理学参数和胃癌临床分期的相关性。结果:数据库分析结果表明,与正常胃组织相比NOX4在胃癌组织中的表达显著提高,并且NOX4的表达量与胃癌T分期和临床分期呈显著正相关性,此外NOX4高表达组的胃癌患者总生存率显著低于NOX4低表达组的胃癌患者(P<0.05)。结论:NOX4是胃癌的一种重要的不良预后指标,高表达的NOX4预示着胃癌的高恶性等级和不良预后。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the expression of NOX4 gene in STAD tissues and its prognostic significance.Methods:The correlations between NOX4 expression and prognosis on STAD were analyzed in GEPIA and LinkedOmics database.The expression level of NOX4 in difference stage STAD tissues were measured by using GEPIA and LinkedOmics database.Results:The results of GEPIA database showed that the expression level of NOX4 mRNA in STAD were higher than that in normal gastric tissue.NOX4 was an independent prognostic factor affecting STAD overall survival rate(P<0.05).The result of LinkedOmics showed that the expression level of NOX4 was positively correlated with the clinical stage and T stage of STAD.Conclusion:NOX4 is an important indicator of poor prognosis,which can be used as an effective biomarker for predicting the prognosis of patients in STAD.
