| 摘 要： | <正>从临床角度看,狭义的"骨质疏松性脊柱骨折"特指的是"骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折"(osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures,OVCFs),而广义的是指伴有骨质疏松(osteoporosis,OP)的各种类型的脊柱骨折(osteoporotic spine fractures,OSFs)。本刊于2016年曾刊登过孙常太教授的述评~(1]),重点就OVCFs现代治疗,即经皮椎体成形术
