| 摘 要： | 目的进一步掌握广西壮族自治区（广西）艾滋病流行现状,为广西艾滋病防治策略和干预措施的制定提供准确信息和科学依据。方法按照自治区级艾滋病哨点监测方案用横断面调查方法对吸毒者、暗娼、性病门诊就诊者和孕产妇人群进行监测。结果2002-2007年省级吸毒者哨点分别监测1373、2090、2451、4031、4163、4904例，艾滋病病毒（HIV）检出阳性199、262、292、394、374、429例, HIV阳性率分别为14.5%、12.5%、11.9%、9.8%、9.0%、8.7%。2002-2007年省级暗娼哨点分别监测60、146、253、318、1423、1549例，暗娼HIV阳性率分别为0%、2.1%、2.4%、3.5%、0.6%、1.2%。2002-2007年省级性病门诊就诊者哨点分别监测239、412、829、1672、2790、3154例，HIV阳性率分别为0%、0.2%、0.1%、2.3%、1.3%、2%。HIV传播呈如下流行趋势:（1）75%以上的吸毒者采用注射方式吸毒,60%左右的吸毒者有共用注射器行为；HIV感染率在高流行区呈缓慢下降趋势，在中、低流行区呈基本稳定或有缓慢上升；（2）暗娼性行为时每次使用安全套的比例呈逐步上升趋势，艾滋病病毒（HIV）感染率在0.6%～3.5%之间；（3）性病门诊就诊者性行为时从未使用过安全套的比例呈逐步下降趋势，HIV感染率在0.1%～2.3%之间，呈逐步上升趋势；（4）孕产妇哨点HIV 感染率在0.2%～1.1%之间。结论广西艾滋病的流行已从高危人群向一般人群扩散,形势严峻。需要进一步加大有效干预措施的力度和覆盖面,以减缓艾滋病在广西的流行速度。
