| 摘 要： | 目的 了解金华市2004-2007年人间布鲁氏菌病（简称布病）的发病情况及变化趋势。方法 采用琥红平板凝集试验（RBPT）和试管凝集试验（STA）检测布病抗体，对监测结果进行统计分析。结果 金华市人间布病以感染者为主，2004-2007年感染者数量呈上升趋势，2007年出现2例布病患者。感染者主要集中在奶牛饲养场所，2例布病患者均发生在羊的屠宰场所。结论 对感染者和患者高发区域进一步开展传染源及高危暴露因素的调查分析，对高危人群加强健康宣教和采取干预措施。

| Abstract: | Objective The study was conducted investigate the conditions of human brucellosis and its epidemiological patterns in Jinhua from 2004 to 2007,in order to provide evidence for the prevention and control of this disease.Methods The brucellosis antibodies were determined using RBPT and SAT.Statistical analysis was conducted based on the surveillance data.Results Reported brucellosis cases in Jinhua were mostly without clinical symptoms.The number of infected people was increasing from 2004 to 2007.In 2007,two brucellosis patients were newly reported.Most of the infected people were from dairy farms,and the two patients were from sheep abattoirs.Conclusion It is necessary to further investigate the source of infection and high-risk exposure in areas that had large number of infected people and patients.Health education and intervention measures for high-risk population should be strengthened. |
