| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨2 0 0 4年增城市一起由诺瓦克样病毒引起的工厂胃肠炎疫情暴发特征。方法采用现场流行病学调查方法,对标本进行ELISA和RT -PCR检测。结果 该起疫情共报告病例194例,13例患者的6份粪便和7份肛拭标本中有7例检出诺瓦克病毒核酸或抗原阳性。结论 本次胃肠炎暴发疫情由诺瓦克样病毒引起,传染来源尚不明确。

| Abstract: | Objective This investigation was designed to probe the outbreak characteristics of a case of factory gastroenteritis induced by Norwalk-like virus in Zengcheng City of 2004. Methods Specimens were administered ELISA and RT-PCR testing on the basis of on-site epidemiological approaches. Results There were a total of 194 cases reported, and from 6 feces samples and 7 anal swabs of 13 patients, Norwalk viral nucleic acid or antigen was detected in 7 cases. Conclusion This outbreak of gastroenteritis is caused by Norwalk-like virus and the source of infection remains to be determined. |
