| 摘 要： | 目的 了解云南省医疗机构法定传染病漏报情况,为进一步提高传染病网络直报工作质量提供依据。 方法 采用分层抽样的方法在全省抽取138家医疗机构开展调查。 结果 本次调查共收集传染病个案1315例,全省医疗机构传染病总的漏报率为 9.81%,其中甲、乙、丙类传染病漏报率分别为0、8.37%和11.90%; 医疗机构不同级别和不同科室传染病漏报率的差异均有统计学意义,省级、州(市)级、县(市、区)级、乡镇级、村级、民营医疗机构传染病漏报率分别为0、4.20%、4.66%、16.16%、53.63%和18.01%,门诊、住院部、化验室传染病漏报率分别为10.94%、6.81%和21.62%。 结论 各级各类医疗机构特别是乡镇级和村级需加强传染病报告工作的规范化管理, 各级卫生行政部门应定期开展医疗机构传染病疫情报告工作的督导检查。
