| 摘 要： | 目的 通过对 3 0例病人应用多层螺旋CT成像技术行血管造影检查的前瞻性研究 ,旨在提高MSCT(multi slicespiralCT)成像技术在血管造影检查中的价值。方法 先对 3 0例病人应用MSCT行轴位螺旋扫描 ,应用MSCT成像技术(MIP、SSD、4 D及CTVE)将获得的轴位图像利用SGI工作站进行后处理。结果 所有病人中主动脉夹层 3例、主动脉瘤 2例 ,所有重建的大血管均能清晰的显示其主干及其 2 ,3甚至 4级分支。结论 MSCT成像技术在全身血管造影检查中具有独特的优越性。

| Abstract: | Objective In order to improve the assessment of multi slice spiral CT in arteriography, we studied the imagings of the patients using multi slice spiral CT. Methods The multi slice spiral CT findings of 30 cases were reported. MSCT imagings included axial, 3 dimensional, 4 dimensional and so on. Results MSCT could not only show the artery trunk and 2 or 3 branches clearly but also find the arterial disease. Conclusion Multi slice spiral CT should be reconmmended for the ateriography. |
