乳腺超声弹性成像检查压力与压放频率对诊断结果影响

摘    要:目的探讨乳腺超声弹性成像(UE)检查压力与压放频率对诊断结果的影响。方法分别采用压力与压放频率≤1、2-3和≥4,对182例患者共206个乳腺病灶进行了超声弹性成像检查,UE评分采用改良5分法。结果压力与压放频率为2-3时,206个病灶的UE评分显著低于压力与压放频率≤1时的UE评分,而显著高于压力与压放频率≥4的UE评分;乳腺良恶性病变鉴别诊断的准确性以压力与压放频率为2-3时最高。结论UE检查时应选择压力与压放频率为2-3时进行评分。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effects of pressure and compression frequency on diagnosis of breast masses by ultrasonic elastography (UE). Methods One hundred eighty-two patients with 206 breast lesions were examined by UE when the pressure and compression frequency indicating bar was displayed less than or equal to 1, as 2 to 3 and more than or equal to 4, respectively. Ultrasonic elastogram was evaluated according to the improved five-score. Results The UE scores of lesions were significantly higher when the pressure and compression frequency indicating bar was displayed less than or equal to 1, but were lower when the pressure and compression frequency indicating bar was displayed more than or equal to 4. The accuracy of UE for diagnosing breast malignance were the highest when the pressure and compression frequency indicating bar was displayed as 2 to 3. Conclusion The UE scores of breast lesions should be evaluated when the pressure and compression frequency indicating bar was displayed as 2 to 3 during examination of UE.
