| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨肺癌支气管动脉血供类型与介入治疗方法及疗效的关系。方法：分析81例肺癌共165次支气管动脉造影征象，了解其血供特点；采用支气管动脉内灌注化疗（BAI）和/或支气管内栓塞治疗（BAE）。结果：富血型42例，较多血型30例，乏血型9例；BAI和/或BAE后部分缓解（PR）50例，61.7%，无变化（NC）22例，27.2%，进展（PD）9例，11.1%。部分缓解中有21例获二期手术切除，PR病人均为富血型或较多血型。并发症经治疗可痊愈。结论：BAI和/或BAE治疗富血型和较多血型肺癌可达到满意效果，是安全、有效的重要治疗手段。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the influences of blood vasculature of lung cancer to the intervention methods and curative effect. Methods The bronchical arterigrams in 81 cases of advanced stage lung cancer were analyzed retrospectively. They were treated with BAI (bronchical arterial infusion) and BAE (bronchical arterial embolization). Results 42 cases were hypervascular,30 cases with moderate vasculature and 9 cases belonged to hypovascular. The PR(partial response) of BAI and BAE was 61.7%(50/81), NC (no change) 27,2%(22/81), PD (progressive disease) 11.1% (9/81). 21 cases were resected after BAI and BAE. All cases of PR were belonged hypervascular or moderate vasculature. Conclusion BAI and BAE are effective for lung cancer of hypervascular and moderate vascutar types. They are safe、effective and simple methods. |
