护理专业南丁格尔志愿者服务品牌构建与应用

摘    要:目的探讨专业与志愿服务结合的护理专业南丁格尔志愿者服务品牌建设对促进护理专业志愿服务发展及护生专业成长的实践效果。方法选择南通卫生高等职业技术学校2015级五年制护理专业的学生99名,用随机抽取软件抽取50名护生作为观察组,另外49名护生作为对照组。观察组护生采用专业与志愿服务结合的志愿服务模式,对照组护生采用常规志愿服务模式,对比两组护生参加志愿服务活动前后护理志愿知信行的转变。结果参与活动前,两组护生对志愿者活动相关知识了解差异无统计学意义;参与活动后,观察组对10项志愿服务相关知识了解情况均好于对照组(P<0.05),除了对志愿者含义的理解一项差异无统计学意义。参与活动前,两组护生对护理志愿活动相关态度、相关行为差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);参与活动后,两组护生的态度和行为差异有统计学意义,观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论专业与志愿服务结合的护理专业南丁格尔志愿者服务品牌建设不仅有利于志愿服务的发展,还能促进学生专业成长。

The Construction and Application of Brand Service on Nightingale Volunteers Majored in Nursing

Abstract:Objective To discuss the construction of brand service on Nightingale Volunteers of nursing aiming at promoting the development of volunteering and training of nursing students.Methods Ninety-nine nursing students who registered in the year of 2015 were selected.Among them,50 participants were randomly enrolled into the experimental group.While the rest of students were enrolled into control group.Students in both of the two groups were trained in accordance with regular voluntary service mode.In addition to this,the students in experimental group received the intervention that incorporated nursing with voluntary service.The changes of cognition,faith and behaviors between the two groups were compared.Results Before the intervention being implemented,there was no significant difference on the cognitive of voluntary activities between the two groups.After the implementation,students in experimental group had better understanding of the significance of voluntary service(P<0.05).Conclusions The construction of brand service on Nightingale Volunteers of nursing featured by the integration of nursing and voluntary service,is not only conducive to the development of voluntary service,but also promotes the progress of nursing students.
