| 摘 要： | 对本院2013-2017年间经病理确诊的36例肉芽肿性唇炎的临床及病理资料进行回顾性分析,其中男11例,女25例,年龄23～77岁,平均52.97岁。皮损表现为持续性非凹陷性浸润性肿胀和红斑。36例患者的组织病理均有淋巴细胞及组织细胞浸润,其中浆细胞浸润24例,多核巨细胞浸润14例,嗜酸粒细胞浸润1例。治疗方式主要为病灶内注射糖皮质激素,口服糖皮质激素,羟氯喹,沙利度胺,雷公藤等。12例患者痊愈,9例患者好转,13例患者无效,2例病情加重。

| Abstract: | The clinical and pathological data of 36 patients with granulomatous cheilitis (GC) confirmed by biopsy in our hospital from 2013 to 2017 were analyzed. Of 36 patients, 11 were males and 25 were females. The age ranged from 23 to 77 years old, with an average of 52.97 years old. The lesions were characterized by persistent non-depressed invasive swelling and erythema. The biopsy showed the lymphocytes and histiocytes infiltration in 36 patients, plasma cells infiltration in 24 patients, multinucleated giant cell infiltration in 14 patients, eosinophil infiltration in one patient. The treatment included local injection of corticosteroid, oral administration of steroid, hydroxychloroquine, thalidomide, tripterygium and wilfordii. Twelve patients recovered completely, 9 patients relieved, 13 patients had no response to treatments, and 2 patients aggravated. |
