| 摘 要： | 患者，女，49岁。大量进食“灰灰菜（藜叶）”及“曲菜（苣荬菜）”约4 h后，暴露于强烈日晒下约1 h，面颈部、双手背先后出现水肿性红斑伴瘙痒，皮损迅速发展，呼吸困难、意识恍惚。治疗：嘱其严格避光，给予泼尼松片、西替利嗪口服等，局部3%硼酸溶液湿敷，夫西地酸乳膏、曲咪新乳膏外用。1个月后随访，患者面颈部痂皮完全脱落，皮疹基本消退，未见明显疤痕形成。

| Abstract: | A 49-year-old famale presented with edematous erythematous plaques with itching on the backs of the fingers and face after eating phototoxic plants for 4 hours and being exposed to sunlight for 1 hour. The lesions developedrapidly and difficulty breathing and unconsciousness appeared. The treatment included avoiding sunlight, oral administration of prednisone and cetirizinel tabletsetc, and topicl use of local 3% boric acid solution wet compress, fusidic acid cream and Tramixin cream. One month later, the lesions on the face and neck almost subsided with no obvious scar. |
