| 摘 要： | 水痘是由水痘-带状疱疹病毒引起的发热和皮疹的传染性疾病，多见于儿童，少数可发生于成人。成人水痘往往比儿童水痘症状重，更容易出现并发症，本文将对我院收治的2例成人重症水痘合并多器官衰竭进行报道并对相关文献复习。

| Abstract: | Varicella infectious diseases with fever and rash caused by primary infection with varicella zoster virus(VZV).Varicella is usually self-limiting but sometimes can be life-threatening,especially in adults.Two adults cases of severe varicella with multiple organ failure in our hospital were reported and analyzed,the literature is reviewed in this paper. |
