| 摘 要： | 目的 通过对erbB-2、erbB-3表达水平与涎腺腺样囊性癌临床病理指标相关性的研究，初步探讨erbB-2、erbB-3在涎腺腺样囊性癌发生、发展及预后中的可能作用。方法 免疫组织化学方法检测34例涎腺腺样囊性癌标本中erbB-2、erbB-3的表达情况，分析其蛋白表达与患者性别、年龄、TNM分期、肿瘤大小、神经侵袭的相关性。结果 erbB-2在腺样囊性癌临床病理标本中的阳性表达率为64.7%，erbB-3阳性率为32.4%，erbB-2/erbB-3双阳性率为29.4%。erbB-3阳性表达与肿瘤TNM分期呈正相关（P=0.026），erbB-2表达与erbB-3表达相关;而erbB-2、erbB-3、erbB-2/erbB-3阳性表达与腺样囊性癌患者性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、神经侵袭无相关性。结论 erbB-3和erbB-2可能均参与了该肿瘤的发生、发展过程；erbB-3阳性表达可能与涎腺腺样囊性癌的生物学行为、患者预后相关，其有可能成为患者预后评价的指标之一。
