| 摘 要： | 甲状腺微小乳头状癌（papillary thyroid microcarcinoma,PTMC）广义上指最大直径＜10 mm的乳头状癌。随着检查技术及水平的提高，甲状腺癌的检出率逐渐增加，并且PTMC在甲状腺乳头状癌（papillary thyroid carcinoma,PTC）中的构成比越来越高。目前针对PTMC,尤其是低危PTMC的治疗决策争论不断，但是精准化、微创化、个体化的治疗方式是目前的发展趋势。

| Abstract: | Papillary thyroid microcarcinoma(PTMC) is defined as the malignant tumor that the maximum diameter of the nodule<10 mm generally.With the development of technology and examination,the discovery rate of thyroid carcinoma is increasing.Besides,PTMC is accounting for more and more ratio in papillary thyroid carcinoma(PTC).Currently,the therapy of PTMC,especially low risk PTMC,is still controversial,but precised,minimally invasive and personalized treatment is the develpoing trend. |
