| 摘 要： | 临床药师参与2022年2月上海交通大学医学院附属松江医院（筹）收治的1例多种厌氧菌混合感染致肺脓肿患者的诊疗实践过程，协助临床医师制定抗感染方案，最终患者得到有效控制。本文拟通过报道本例肺脓肿患者的临床表现、影像、病理、病原微生物等特点以及药物治疗过程，并结合相关文献，提高临床医师对罕见厌氧菌感染导致肺脓肿的认识，总结临床经验。

| Abstract: | Clinical pharmacists participated in the
diagnosis and treatment process of a patient with pulmonary abscess caused by
multiple anaerobic bacteria infection admitted to Songjiang Hospital Affiliated
to Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine (Preparatory Stage) in
February 2022, and assisted the clinicians to formulate the anti-infection
plan. The patient was finally effectively controlled. This paper intends to
improve the understanding on pulmonary abscess caused by rare anaerobes and
summarize the clinical experiences through summarizing the clinical
manifestations, imaging, pathology, pathogenic microorganisms, and other
characteristics of the patient with pulmonary abscess and reviewing the relevant
literatures. |
