| 果蔬在防治原发性高血压中的临床研究 |

| 摘 要： | 目的研究合理应用西药治疗高血压的基础上，果蔬在治疗中的作用。 方法将220例确诊为高血压的患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，对照组采用西药常规治疗，治疗组在此基础上给予合理的膳食指导（合理应用果蔬）。对两组患者的临床效果进行比较。 结果治疗组临床总有效率为91.82%，对照组总有效率82.73%，具有显著差异（χ2=4.09，P<0.05）。两组治疗后的疗效比较（血压变化），在同一时期内，经过μ检验，均使P<0.05，说明治疗组的效果明显优于对照组。两组在治疗过程中均未见明显的不良反应。 结论高血压在应用西药的基础上合理应用果蔬，疗效佳，经济实惠，无副作用，值得临床进一步研究并推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To research the rational use of medicine to treat hypertension, based on the role of fruits and vegetables intherapy. Methods 220 cases of patients diagnosed with hypertension were randomly divided into two groups. The controlgroup and the treatment group. The control group received conventional western medicine treatment, the treatment groupwere given both the conventional treatment and a reasonable dietary guidance of how to make rational use of fruits andvegetables. Comparing the clinical effects of patients in two groups. Results The total effective rate was 91.82% in the controlgroup, at the same time, the other group was 82.73%, There is a significant difference (χ2=4.09, P<0.05). Comparing the effectiverates of two groups by using μ test, and making P<0.05 both two groups, the effect of treatment group is better than the other,after give the different guidance. During Two groups showed no significant adverse reactions. Conclusion The therapeuticschedule of making rational use of fruits and vegetables beside using conventional treatment is worth of further study andpromoting, on account of it is high efficacy , affordable, no side effects further. |
