| 摘 要： | 胰腺癌是恶性程度极高、预后极差的消化系统肿瘤。由于发现时多为晚期，因此化疗、放疗、靶向等内科治疗是目前晚期胰腺癌的主要治疗手段。以吉西他滨、氟尿嘧啶、铂类为基础的传统化疗在晚期胰腺癌治疗中疗效有限，白蛋白结合型紫杉醇、厄洛替尼、尼妥珠单抗等药物尚处于临床试验阶段。因此，寻求新的靶标及治疗手段显得尤为重要。本文就晚期胰腺癌的内科治疗进展作一综述。

| Abstract: | Pancreatic cancer is an aggressive disease and have a very worse prognosis in all gastrointestinal tumors.Chemotherapy radiotherapy and biological targeted therapy are main treatments for advanced pancreatic cancer.It has achieved limited efficacy of gemcitabine，fluorouracil，platinum chemotherapy in advanced pancreatic cancer，nab-paclitaxel，erlotinib and nimotuzumab are still in clinical trials.Therefore，it is necessary to seek new targets and treatments.In this review，we will discuss the medical treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer. |
