| 摘 要： | 目的：建立“网脱I号”口服液中黄芪甲苷含量的HPLC测定法。方法：色谱柱：Diamonsil C18柱（150mm×4．6mm，5μm）；流动相：乙腈-1％冰醋酸（10：90）；检测波长：320nm：流速：1．0ml·min^-1；柱温：室温。结果：黄芪甲苷的线性范围为5～25μg·ml^-1。（r=0．9997）。平均加样回收率为99．46％（RSD=1．19％）。结论：HPLC法测定黄芪甲苷含量，简便、快速、准确、重复性好，可作为“网脱I号”口服液质量控制方法。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish an HPLC method for determination the content of astragaloside in ＂No I Detachment of Retinal＂ oral liquid. Method： A Diamonsil C18 column （150mm×4.6mm,5μm） was used, the acetonitrile-1% glacial acetic acid （ 10： 90） as mobile phase, the detection wavelength was at 320 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 ml.min^-1. Result： The linear range of astra- galoside was 5-25 μg·ml^-1 （r = 0. 999 7 ）. The average recovery rate was 99.46% and RSD was 1.19%. Conclusion： This method is simple,rapid,accurate and repeatability,it can be used for the quality control of ＂No I Detachment of Retinal＂ oral solution. |
