| 摘 要： | 法尼酯X受体(FXR)是胆汁酸的生理性受体,可以感知细胞内胆汁酸水平,是调节胆汁酸代谢及转运的关键物质。研究FXR与肠道疾病的关系,有助于进一步了解FXR的作用机制,为早期发现和治疗肠道疾病提供新靶点。

| Abstract: | Farnesoid X Receptor is the physiology receptor of bile acid.FXR can sense the bile acid on the cell level.It is the key to regulating bile acid metabolism and transport material.By reserching the mechanism of FXR in the occurrence and development of intestinal diseases,this may facilitate discovering new targets for the prevention and treatment of intestinal diseases. |
