摘    要:目的探讨使用Mimics软件构建颅骨缺损区数字模型的方法及临床意义。方法利用螺旋CT对20个有颅骨缺损头颅进行螺旋扫描,以获得1.25mm层厚的颅骨薄层后重建图像。Mimics直接读入后重建图像,在获得新蒙罩后,以此新蒙罩为基础经重建后获得头颅三维实体模型。通过切割、分离及镜像等步骤后,将缺损对侧的数据镜像复制到颅骨缺损处,以得到颅骨缺损区的数字模型。结果得到的数字模型经重置与重新调节后能与颅骨缺损处达到最佳吻合。结论使用Mimics软件构建颅骨缺损区得到的钛网数字模型,对于提高颅骨缺损区修补术的手术效率、塑形满意度以及大面积颅骨缺损修复术后钛网强度和稳定性均有极大的帮助。

Study on the construction of mathematical model of skull defects by Mimics software

Abstract:Objective To explore the methods and clinical significance of use of Mimics software to construct the mathematical model of skull defects. Methods 20 skulls with skull defects were scanned spirally with spiral CT. Then the thin layer reconstruction images of 1.25-mm-thick were gotten. The reconstruction image was read in the Mimics directly. After the new mask was acquired, the 3D Object model was gotten after 3D reconstruction that was based on the new mask. After cut, split, mirror, the heterolateral data of defect area was copied to the skull defects, then the mathematical model of skull defects was obtained. Results The mathematical model could be coincided to the skull defects perfectly after reposition and rescale. Conclusion The titanium mesh mathematical model that was gotten in our research will be helpful to increase the operative efficiency in skull repairing, satisfaction of shaping and hardness and stability of titanium mesh after large area skull repairing.
