| 摘 要： | 摘要:目的 了解成都市市、县两级疾控机构基础能力现状，为推进全市疾控系统建设提供依据。方法 通过《中国疾病预防控制基本信息系统》，收集2014年度成都市、县两级疾控机构人员配置、仪器设备、检验能力、房屋资产等基本资料并进行分析。结果 全市共有在职人员1785人，每万常住人口疾控人员数为1.25人，其中市级0.22人，县级1.03人，人员平均39.7岁，市、县两级机构学历构成以本科为主（40.13%和38.75%），人员职称以初级为主（28.80%和41.19%），公共卫生专业所占比例分别为68.61%和43.30%，人力综合素质指数分别为4.46和1.87，检验项目达标率分别为84.51%和74.88%，人均建筑面积分别为61.36 m2和57.95 m2，实验室占总建筑面积比例分别为41.67%和39.39%。结论 全市疾控人员总量不足，中级职称人员比例偏低，检验能力水平有待加强，房屋建设情况基本达到国家标准。

| Abstract: | Abstract:Objective This study was to learn the status of capacity building among Chengdu CDCs, so as to provide reference for promoting the performance of CDCs. Methods Data in 2014 was collected from China Disease Prevention and Control basic information System. Results The total number of the personnel in Chengdu CDCs was 1785, with 1.25 staff per ten thousand people. The average age of staff was 39.7 years old. For the CDCs of municipal level and county level, the education background of the staff was mainly of the college level, with 40.13% and 38.75%, respectively. Staff with junior title was 28.80% and 41.19%, respectively; in the major of public health 68.61% and 43.30%, respectively; the average score of the comprehensive quality 4.46 and 1.87, respectively; qualified rate of staff 8451% and 7488%, respectively; the average building area per person was 61.36 m2 and 57.95 m2, respectively; the ratio of laboratory area was 41.67% and 39.39%, respectively. Conclusion The number and proportion of CDC personnel with intermediate title were low, and their professional capability was needed to be strengthened. However, CDC house construction met the national standards. |
