应用余弦模型对河南省菌苗接种后流脑季节性特征分析

摘    要:本文应用余弦模型对河南省流脑季节性特征进行了分析。结果表明,流脑菌苗接种后,流脑发病率已降至较低水平,流行期明显延长,为1~5月份,病例呈更趋分散状态。但季节性发病高峰无明显变化,仍在3月份,提示目前流脑菌苗接种应在12月上旬以前完成,同时还对余弦模型在分析疾病高峰期差别中的显著性检验方法进行了探讨

An Analysis on the Seasonal Features of EpidemicCerebrospinal Meningitis After the Inoculation ofGroup A Menigococcal Polysaccharid Vaccine byUsing Cosine Model in Henan Province

Abstract:An analysis on the seasonal features of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis during 1975-1995 by using cosine model was carried out in Henan province.The results showed that after the inoculation group A menigococcal polysaccharid vaccine,the incidence rate of this disease was decreased to a lower level,epidemic period was delayed to January-May,the patients were disperse in the whole county.There was no significant variation of seasonal peak,it was still in March.The authors suggested that it was neccssary to completed the in-oculation group A menigococcal polysaccharid vaccine in the first tem days of December in ev-ery year.The significance of the Cosine model in the analysis of the difference in epidemic peak period was discussed.
