| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨中药复方制剂乌三颗粒在体外对肿瘤细胞增殖的影响。方法:将人巨细胞肺癌、人肝细胞癌、人肺腺癌细胞株在体外培养传代3次后,各组分别加入受试药物,~3H-TdR 掺入法检测肿瘤细胞核酸的合成,琼脂集落法检测肿瘤干细胞增殖的能力。结果:乌三颗粒剂量在0.5～8mg/ml 时,可明显减少人巨细胞肺癌、人肝细胞癌、人肺腺癌细胞三株细胞对~3H 标记的胸腺嘧啶核苷(~3H-TdR)的摄入,明显减少肿瘤干细胞集落的形成,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:乌三颗粒在体外对多株肿瘤细胞的核酸合成有显著抑制作用,同时有抑制肿瘤干细胞的增殖能力。
