| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨PHLDB3在胃癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法:通过一张包括90对胃癌和癌旁组织的组织芯片,采用免疫组织化学方法检测PHLDB3的表达,并分析了PHLDB3表达与患者临床病理参数之间的关系,包括性别、年龄、病理分级、肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结状态、远处转移和AJCC分期。结果:PHLDB3在胃癌组织中表达明显高于其在癌旁组织中的表达,差异具有统计学差异(P=0.0269)。在胃癌组织中,PHLDB3的表达与患者的病理分级、肿瘤浸润深度和AJCC分期密切相关(P<0.05),而与性别、年龄、淋巴结转移和远处转移无关(P>0.05)。结论:PHLDB3在胃癌组织中的表达明显上调,提示其可能参与胃癌的发生发展。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the expression and clinical significance of PHLDB3 in gastric cancer．Methods:Immunohistochemistry assay was performed to detect the PHLDB3 expression through a tissue microarray including 90 pairs of gastric cancers and paracancerous tissues.The relationship between PHLDB3 expression and clinicopathological parameters of patients including gender，age，pathological classification，depth of tumor invasion，lymph node metastasis，distant metastasis and AJCC stage were analyzed.Results:The expression of PHLDB3 in gastric cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissues with a statistical difference(P=0.026 9).PHLDB3 expression was significantly associated with pathological classification，depth of tumor invasion and AJCC stage(P<0.05).However，no significant association was found between PHLDB3 expression and other clinicopathological features，such as gender，age，lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis(P>0.05).Conclusion:The expression of PHLDB3 in gastric cancer was significantly upregulated，indicated that PHLDB3 may be involved in the development and progression of gastric cancer. |
