| 摘 要： | 脑转移瘤是成人最常见的颅内肿瘤。患者一经发现存在脑转移,其生存期及生活质量都会明显下降。现如今,在全球医学领域针对脑转移瘤的治疗手段主要包括外科手术、化疗、放疗及综合治疗等,随着放疗技术的不断更新,放射治疗对脑转移瘤的治疗也得到新发展,治疗方式也趋于个体化。本文主要就脑转移瘤的放疗技术进展作一综述。 |

| Abstract: | Brain metastases are the most common intracranial tumors in adults.Once brain metastasis occurs，the patient's survival and quality of life will be significantly reduced.At present，the treatment methods for brain metastases at home and abroad mainly include surgery，chemotherapy，radiation therapy and comprehensive treatment.With the continuous updating of radiotherapy technology，the treatment of brain metastases by radiotherapy has also been newly developed，and the treatment methods are also becoming more and more in individualized.This article reviews the progress of radiotherapy techniques for brain metastases. |
