| 摘 要： | 目的:分析肺部手术术后新发心律失常的各种影响因素，并为防治该并发症提供临床依据。方法:回顾性分析了2016年至2017年间443例我院胸外科肺段或者肺叶手术患者的临床资料，分析性别、年龄、纵隔淋巴结清扫、基础性心脏病与术后新发心律失常的关系，单因素分析应用卡方检验，多因素分析应用 Logistic回归分析。结果:443例肺部手术患者术后发生心律失常61例（13.77%），多因素分析心脏病史、手术方式、年龄为肺部手术术后新发心律失常的危险因素。结论:对于肺部需要手术的患者，选择合适的手术方式，可降低心律失常的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyse the various factors affecting the new arrhythmia after lung surgeries,and provide clinical basis for the prevention and treatment of the complications.Methods:We retrospectively analyzed 443 cases of thoracic surgery in our hospital from 2016 to 2017,who suffered the lung segmentectomy and lobectomy,and we analysed of gender,age,meditational lymph node cleaning or not,basic heart disease which was associated with postoperative arrhythmia.Single factor analysis used chi-square test multi-factor analysis using Logistic regression analysis.Results:Postoperative arrhythmia occurred in 61 patients（13.77%) after 443 lung operations.The results showed heart disease,surgical procedure and age for arrhythmia after lung surgery were risk factors.Conclusion:For the patients who suffer pulmonary surgery,we should improve those cardiac functions actively in preoperational,choose the right means of surgery,and improve hypoxemia post operation.Only in this way can we reduce the occurrence of arrhythmia. |
