| 摘 要： | 细胞外囊泡(extracellular vesicles,EVs)是由各种细胞类型所形成的一组不均匀的膜性结构,它们被释放到周围的微环境中,或通过循环传播到远处。由于EVs能够转运脂质、mRNA和蛋白质等生物活性物质,因此EVs是肿瘤细胞与周围微环境或远处转移前生态位之间沟通的关键媒介。它存在于包括血液、尿液等人体各种体液中,稳定性好,是疾病潜在生物标志物的极佳来源。最重要的是,细胞外囊泡在促进肿瘤细胞增殖、转移、改善肿瘤患者的治疗及预后等多方面同样发挥着重要的作用,尤其是在血液系统肿瘤方面。因此,本文就EVs在血液恶性肿瘤中的研究进展进行综述。

| Abstract: | Extracellular vesicles(EVs) are a group of heterogeneous membrane structures formed by various cell types，which are released into the surrounding microenvironment or transmitted to a distance by circulation.Because EVs are able to transport biologically active substances such as lipids，mRNA and proteins，EVs are a key medium for communication between tumor cells and the surrounding microenvironment or distant pre-metastatic niche.It exists in various body fluids，including blood and urine，and has good stability.It is an excellent source of potential biomarkers for diseases.Most importantly，extracellular vesicles also play an important role in promoting tumor proliferation，metastasis，improving the treatment and prognosis of tumor patients，especially in hematological malignancies.Therefore，this article reviews the research progress of EVs in hematological malignancies. |
