| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨药物治疗联合心理干预治疗功能性消化不良（FD）伴抑郁症患者的疗效及安全性。方法：64例FD伴抑郁症患者患者随机分为观察组和对照组。两组患者均予雷贝拉唑10mg,tid,莫沙必利5mg,tid,以及帕罗西汀20mg,qd；观察组在此基础上加用综合性心理干预,两组疗程均为6周。比较两组患者治疗前后抑郁症状、胃肠动力的变化,并进行疗效及不良反应观察。结果：治疗6周后,观察组抗抑郁治疗的临床总有效率和胃肠排空率均明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）,临床疗效也明显高于对照组（P〈0.01）。两组患者治疗期间无严重不良反应。结论：药物治疗联合心理干预治疗FD伴抑郁症患者安全有效,能有效缓解FD患者的抑郁症状,改善患者胃肠动力,提高临床疗效,从而改善患者的生活质量与预后。 |

| Abstract: | ABSTRACT Objective:To explore the effect of medications combined with psychological intervention on depression in functional dyspepsia(FD). Methods: 64 patients with depression in FD were divided into the observation group and controlled group randomly. All the patients got treatment by taking rabeprazole and Mosapride, and Medications 20mg once a day. The patients of observation group got extra treatment by psychological intervention. The treatment lasted for 8 weeks. The depressive symptom and the change of gastrointestinal motility of the two groups were compared, and so were the curative effect and adverse reaction. Results: 6 weeks after treatment, the total clinic effective rate of anti depression of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the controlled group(P<0.05), and so were gastric emptying rate(P<0.05) and curative effect(P<0.01). Conclusion:Medications combined with psychological intervention, which could relax the depressive symptom and improve the gastrointestinal motility and enhance the curative effect, life quality and prognosis, showed its safe effect on the treatment of depression in FD. |
