| 摘 要： | 介绍张洪义教授运用活血化瘀药的经验。张教授在积累多年临床经验的基础上，将活血化瘀药按其效力归纳为几组药对，临证时根据患者气滞血瘀的程度、部位、性质等不同进行辨证加减，在治疗中获得良好效果。张教授临床常用卷柏、泽兰；川芎、赤芍；醋延胡索、炒五灵脂；桃仁、红花；京三棱、蓬莪术；水蛭、虻虫等几组活血药对。张教授对活血化瘀药物的灵活运用充分体现中医学辨证论治的特色，在临床实践中可资借鉴和参考。

| Abstract: | This article introduces Professor ZHANG Hong-yi''s experience in the application of blood circulation to remove blood stasis. Professor Zhang on the basis of many years of clinical experience accumulation, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs according to the validity of the divided into several groups of drugs, clinical according to the degree of patients with stagnation of Qi and blood stasis, location and nature of the different dialectical addition and subtraction, in the treatment of obtained good effect. Professor Zhang commonly used Selaginella, Herba Lycopi; Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Radix Paeoniae Rubra; vinegar Rhizoma Corydalis, fried Faeces Trogopterori; Semen Persicae, Flos Carthami, Rhizoma Sparganii, Curcuma phaeocaulis Val; Hirudo, Tabanus in clinic. Professor Zhang fully embodies the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment, and can be used for reference in clinical practice. |
