柴胡微波辅助提取工艺研究

摘    要:[目的] 优化微波提取柴胡有效成分的最佳工艺条件。[方法] 以常规回流提取正交结果为基准,采用HPLC对柴胡皂苷成分进行监测,优化柴胡微波提取的各影响因素。[结果] 优选柴胡提取工艺为微波功率800 W,以50%乙醇,每次8倍量,提取3次,每次20 min.[结论] 表明微波提取技术法的提取时间短,效率高,优于常规回流提取方法。

Abstract:[Objective] To optimize the technological conditions for the exaction of effective compounds from Bupleurum Chinese DC. by microwave-assisted art. [Methods] Taking the results of the routine backflow extraction optimized by an orthogonal test as the standard and using HPLC for monitoring the contents of saikosaponin the influence factors for microwave-assisting extraction from Radix Bulpleuri were optimized. [Results] The optimized extractions conditions were: to set the microwave power rate at 800 W; to exact three times with eight times volume of ethyl alcohol for 20 min each time. [Conclusion] The technique with microwave extraction is better than the method of backflow extraction with high efficiency and short extraction time.
