| 摘 要： | 目的：分析鲎试剂对细菌内毒素凝胶半定量法结果的影响。方法：采用不同鲎试剂对同一供试品进行细菌内毒素凝胶半定量法测定,对结果进行分析。结果：不同鲎试剂,对同一供试品进行细菌内毒素凝胶半定量法测定,得出不同的结果。结论：鲎试剂对细菌内毒素凝胶半定量法的结果有影响,其影响大小与其真实灵敏度有关。

| Abstract: | Objective: To Analysis the effects of limulus reagent on the results of bacterial endotoxin gel semiquantitative method . Methods: Using different limulus reagents to measure the content of bacterial endotoxin in the same test,and analysising the experimental results. Results: There will be different results if use different limulus reagents to measure the content of the same test sample by bacterial endotoxin gel semiquantitative method.Conclusion: The effects of limulus reagent on bacterial endotoxin gel semi-quantitative method are related to its real sensitivity. |
