案例教学法与Seminar 教学法综合运用于眼科学本科教学

摘    要:[摘要]目的 观察案例教学与Seminar教学相结合用于眼科学本科临床实践教学的应用效果.方法 选择2011级临床专业本科学生作为研究对象,三、四大班为实验组(114人)采用案例教学法与Seminar 教学法相结合的教学方式,五、六大班为对照组(112人)采用传统教学法.课程结束后向学生发放问卷进行调查,并对学生进行闭卷考试,结果采用spss19.0进行分析. 结果 问卷调查两个组分别就案例讨论对理解知识点的帮助、该教学方式的兴趣、该教学方式对提高自学能力的帮助以及是否激发创造性思维方面进行比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对考试成绩进行比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05). 结论 案例教学法与Seminar 教学法相结合的方法优于传统教学法.

Application of the Combination of Case Teaching and Seminar Teaching in Ophthalmology Teaching for Undergraduates

Abstract:[Abstract]Objective To observe the effect of the combination of case teaching and seminar teaching in the clinical practice teaching of Ophthalmology for undergraduates. Methods We selected 2011 grade clinical undergraduates as the research object, class three and class four were selected as the experimental group(114 people) and given the combination of case teaching and seminar teaching. Class five and class six were selected as the control group(112 people), and given the traditional teaching method. At the end of the course,the students in both groups were given a questionnaire survey and close-book examination,and the results were analyzed by spss19.0 software. Results The questionnaire survey showed there were statistically significant differences in the helping understand the knowledge points, the interest of teaching mode,improving the self-learning ability,and stimulating the creative thinking between the two groups(P<0.05). There were also statistically significant differences in the examination result between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The method of combining the case teaching and seminar teaching is better than traditional teaching method .
