| Abstract: | Chronic obstructivepulmonary disease poses an increasing threat to human health, so it hasreceived increasing clinical attention. In clinic, oxygen therapy is often usedto treat chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, which can help patients improvetheir quality of life and reduce the probability of complications by inhibitingthe deterioration of the disease. However, the treatment effect of thetraditional oxygen therapy on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease isrelatively poor. As a novel oxygen therapy model, nasal high-flow oxygentherapy can improve the patients' state of hypoxia through a high flow rate,relieve their carbon dioxide retention conditions, and at the same time improvetheir comfort level during the disease treatment process due to stablehumidification and heat preservation effects. It greatly shortens patients'treatment time and reduces the probability of respiratory tract infection andbronchospasm. This study focused on the main working principle, clinicalperformance, application in stable chronic obstructive pulmonary diseasepatients and acute exacerbation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patientsmanagement of high flow oxygen therapy humidification therapeutic apparatus,and made the following review. |
