| 摘 要： | 目的 评价伢典微创技术治疗乳磨牙龋的临床疗效。 方法 将4~8岁乳磨牙龋齿患儿400例（400颗乳磨牙龋齿）随机分为2组，各200例。对照组采用传统涡轮机去龋治疗，观察组采用伢典微创去龋治疗，2组患儿去除龋坏组织后均采用同种树脂材料充填，比较2组患儿的依从性、治疗时间、意外露髓情况，以及充填半年和1年后的远期疗效。 结果 观察组去龋时间高于对照组（P < 0.01）；2组疼痛发生率差异有统计学意义（P < 0.01）；观察组意外露髓率低于对照组（P < 0.01）。随访半年和随访1年时，观察组治疗成功率均高于对照组（P < 0.01和P < 0.05）。 结论 伢典微创去龋治疗乳磨牙龋具有安全、无痛、显效等特点，值得临床推广。

Clinical effects of corisolv for minimally invasive caries removal in the treatment of deciduous molar tooth caries |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of corisolv for minimally invasive caries removal in the treatment of deciduous molar tooth caries. Methods Four hundred children with dental caries aged 4 to 8 years old(400 decayed milk molars) were randomly divided into the control group and observation group(200 cases in each group).The observation group was treated with minimally invasive caries removal, and the control group was treated with traditional turbines technique.The same resin was used for filling in two groups after removal of caries.The patient's compliance, operation time, unexpected pulp exposure and long-term effects(following-up for 6 months and 1 year) were compared between two groups. Results The operation time in observation group was longer than that in control group(P < 0.01).There was statistical significance in incidence rate of pain between two groups(P < 0.01).The unexpected pulp exposure rate in observation group was lower than that in control group(P < 0.01).After 6 months and 1 year of following-up, the success rates of treatment in observation group were higher than that in control group(P < 0.01 and P < 0.05). Conclusions The minimally invasive caries removal in the treatment of deciduous molar tooth caries is safe, painless and effective, which is worthy of clinical promotion. |
