| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者健康素养对住院服务利用及健康相关生活质量的影响。方法 使用一般社会人口学问卷、疾病信息记录表、慢性病病人健康素养量表、住院服务利用情况记录表和SF-36健康调查量表对328名SLE患者进行调查。结果 124名(37.8%)SLE患者在最近一年内住过院。患者生理健康总分为(65.32±20.37)分,心理健康总分为(70.20±21.16)分。二分类logistic回归分析结果表明,患者的健康素养水平对住院服务利用无影响(OR=0.991,95%CI=0.971～1.012,P=0.403)。多重线性回归分析结果显示,健康素养水平对生理健康总分有积极影响(β=0.142,P=0.033)。结论 SLE患者健康素养独立地影响生理健康相关生活质量。医疗保健人员可考虑针对低健康素养水平的SLE患者采取健康素养干预项目,以改善患者的身体健康状况。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the impact of health literacy on hospitalization and health-related quality of life(HRQoL)among systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)patients.Methods A group of 328 SLE patients was measured by the Demographic Information Questionnaire,the Disease Information Record,the Scale on the Health Literacy for Patients with Chronic Disease,the Hospitalization Information Record and the Medical Outcomes Study 36-item Short-Form Health Survey.Results A total of 124 SLE patients(37.8%)were hospitalized in the previous one year.The mean physical component summary score was 65.32±20.37,and the mean mental component summary score was 70.20±21.16.Health literacy was not significantly associated with hospital admission(OR=0.991,95%CI:0.971~1.012,P=0.403)by binary logistic regression analysis.Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that health literacy independently affected the physical component summary score(β=0.142,P=0.033).Conclusion The level of health literacy of SLE patients shows an independent effect on physical health-related quality of life.Healthcare providers could consider adopting a health literacy intervention program for SLE patients with a low level of health literacy to improve their health status. |
