| 摘 要： | 目的 评价角膜穿孔伤修补、外伤性白内障超声乳化吸出及人工晶体植入联合手术的临床疗效。方法 对2 1例(2 1眼)角膜穿孔伤先行角膜穿孔伤缝合术,后行白内障超声乳化吸出,其中8例(8眼)行前段玻璃体切除术,最后植入人工晶体。出院后随访1～18月。结果 2 1眼中,出院矫正视力0 .1～0 .2 5者4眼(19.0 % ) ,0 .3～0 .4者5眼(2 3.8% ) ,0 .5～0 .8者10眼(47.6 % ) ,>1.0者2眼(9.5 % ) ;3月随访矫正视力0 .1～0 .2 5者5眼(2 3.8% ) ,0 .3～0 .4者4眼(19.0 % ) ,0 .5～0 .8者11眼(5 2 .4 % ) ,>1.0者1眼(4.8% )。结论 角膜穿孔伤合并外伤性白内障,行角膜穿孔缝合修补、白内障超声乳化吸出,人工晶体植入联合手术,能较好提高视力。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of ultrasonic phacoemulsification and intraocular lens(IOL)implantation combined with repairation of corneal perforating in patients of corneal perforating and traumatic cataract.Methods The combined surgery of 21cases(21 eyes) were analysed retrospectively.The corneal perforating was sutured initially ,then phacoemulsification among them,forepart vitrectomy in 8 patients then IOL implantation were performed.The followed-up period was 1～18 months.Results In all the 21cases(21eyes),4 eyes(19.0%) achieved vision of 0.1～0.25,5 eyes(23.8%) obtained 0.3～0.4,10 eyes(47.6%) obtained 0.5～0.8,2 eyes(9.5%) obtained 1.0 or better;After 3 months of followed-up,5 eyes(23.8%) achieved vision of 0.1～0.25, 4 eyes(19.0%) obtained 0.3～0.4, 11 eyes(52.4%) obtained 0.5～0.8,1 eyes(4.8%) obtained 1.0 or better.Conclusion The combined surgery of phacoemulsitication and IOL implantation combined with repair of corneal perforating can enhanced the vision. |
