| 摘 要： | 目的:观察比较锁定加压钢板(LCP)、髋动力钢板(DHS)及股骨近端髓内钉(PFN)内固定治疗股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效。方法:对采用LCP、DHS及PFN内固定治疗并获随访的80例单侧股骨转子间骨折患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,比较3种方法的手术时间、切口总长度、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间、术后并发症发生率以及功能改善方面的差异。结果:3种方法的手术时间、切口总长度、术中出血量及骨折愈合时间差异均有统计学意义(P < 0.01);术后并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05);LCP组功能优良率优于DHS组,但3组差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。结论:3种内固定均是治疗股骨转子间骨折的有效方法,但LCP组手术用时较短、切口最小、术中出血较少、骨折愈合时间最短,且术后功能良好,是治疗股骨转子间骨折的较好方法。
