| 摘 要： | 近年来，免疫疗法在肿瘤治疗中取得了重大进展，但仍只有小部分患者获益。大量基础和临床研究结果表明，恰当的免疫疗法联合化疗较单一疗法的抗肿瘤疗效更佳，成为肿瘤治疗研究新的热点。免疫疗法联合化疗能够获益的机制是多方面的，化疗除了对肿瘤细胞的直接杀伤作用，还可通过改变肿瘤细胞的免疫原性、调节免疫细胞亚群以及肿瘤微环境等机制来增强抗肿瘤免疫应答。本文就化疗对免疫应答的调节机制，以及近期的临床和临床前研究结果进行综述，阐明免疫疗法联合化疗的理论基础及临床应用前景，以期为后续的临床联合治疗提供思路和方向。

| Abstract: | In recent years,immunotherapy has made great progress in tumor treatment,but only a small number of patients have benefited.A large number of basic and clinical studies show that the anti-tumor effect of appropriate immunotherapy combined with chemotherapy is better than that of single therapy,and it has become a new focus of tumor therapy research.Immunotherapy combined with chemotherapy can benefit from many mechanisms,in addition to the direct killing effect of chemotherapy on tumor cells,it can also enhance the anti-tumor immune response by changing the immunogenicity of tumor cells,regulating immune cell subsets and tumor microenvironment.This article reviews the regulatory mechanism of chemotherapy on immune response,as well as the recent clinical and preclinical research results,and expounds the theoretical basis and clinical application prospect of immunotherapy combined with chemotherapy.In order to provide ideas and directions for follow-up clinical combination therapy. |
