| 摘 要： | 目的:观察雅皓乳膏对青少年慢性龈缘炎的临床疗效.方法:选择临床诊断为慢性龈缘炎的青少年患者48例,随机分为实验组(雅皓乳膏)和对照组(普通牙膏),每组各24例.记录基线、用药后2周和4周时的牙龈指数(GI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)和菌斑指数(PLI)的变化并进行统计学分析.结果:实验组的临床指标明显改善,且与对照组相比差异有极显著性意义(P<0.01).结论:雅皓乳膏局部应用对于青少年慢性龈缘炎有一定的疗效.

| Abstract: | Objective : To evaluate the clinical effect of eugenol and borax cream on the treatment of chronic marginal gingivitis in adolescents.Methods: 48 patients suffering from chronic marginal gingivitis were randomly divided into test group(AHEAL) and control group.The changes of gingival index(GI),sulcus bleeding index(SBI) and plaque index(PLI) were observed at the beginning of the experiment and at the 2,4week.Results: It showed that the improvements of the clinical parameters were statistically significant in test group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Eugenol and borax cream is effective for treating chronic marginal gingivitis in adolescents. |
