| 摘 要： | 目的 了解江苏农村留守妇女生存质量及影响因素,提出针对性的对策和措施,促进新农村和谐稳定发展。方法 采用分层随机抽样方法,采用自行设计的问卷及WHOQOL-BREF对江苏省825名农村留守妇女进行调查。结果(1)江苏省农村留守妇女生存质量生理、心理、社会关系、环境维度得分为61.57±12.84、59.95±12.95、61.13±14.05、55.65±13.52,其生理和心理维度低于常模,环境维度优于常模 (P均<0.05)。(2)多元逐步回归分析显示,农村留守妇女生存质量的影响因素有文化程度、劳动压力、躯体健康状况、就医及时情况、睡眠质量、婆媳关系、家庭年收入、丈夫回家频率、丈夫外出影响子女教育、丈夫外出后家庭收入变化。结论 江苏省农村留守妇女生存质量状况较差,文化程度低、劳动压力大、躯体健康状况差、就医不及时、睡眠质量差、婆媳关系差、家庭年收入低、丈夫回家频率低、丈夫外出影响子女教育较大、丈夫外出后家庭收入降低者生存质量较差。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the status and influence factors on quality of life among rural left-behind women in Jiangsu,and to put forward the countermeasures to promote the development of the new countryside harmoniously. Methods 825 rural left-behind women were selected by the stratified random sampling method and investigated by WHOQOL-BREF and self-designed questionnaire. Results （1）Scores of physiology,psychology,social relationships and environment domains of rural left-behind women were 61.57±12.84,59.95±12.95,61.13±14.05,and 55.65±13.52,respectively.Compared with national norm,the physical and psychological domains of rural left-behind women in Jiangsu were worse,while the environment dimension was better (P<0.05).（2）In stepwise regression,the main influence factors consisted of level of education,pressure of labor,physical health,medical service on time,quality of sleep,feeling with mother-in-law,family annual income,frequency of husband′s going home,children′s education influenced by husband′s going out,changes of family income after husband′s going out. Conclusion The quality of life among rural left-behind women in Jiangsu is bad.It is worse for the rural left-behind women if they have lower degree of education,higher pressure of labor,unhealthier body,achieving medical service not-on-time,worse sleep,worse interactions with mother-in-law,lower family annual income,lower frequency of husband′s going home,larger influence of children′s education by husband′s going out and lower family income after husband′s going out. |
