| 摘 要： | 目的 对医院外科手术切口感染的相关危险因素进行分析，为降低手术切口感染发生率提供依据。方法 收集某院住院病区的13 749例外科手术患者的临床资料，采用非条件Logistic回归模型分析手术切口感染的危险因素。结果 13 749例外科手术患者发生切口感染共241例，切口感染发生率为1.75%。男性、年龄≥70岁、手术输血和住院时间＞10天是外科手术切口感染的危险因素（P＜0.05，OR＞1）；而患者实施临床路径管理、Ⅰ类切口手术和合理预防应用抗菌药物是其保护因素（P＜0.05，OR＜1）。结论 针对相关危险因素进行有效控制和管理，以降低切口感染的发生率。

| Abstract: | Objective The study aimed to analyze the risk factors for incision infections during surgeries, so as to provide a reference for reducing the incidence of surgical incision infections. Methods Clinical data of 13749 cases of surgerical patients at our hospital were collected, and the risk factors for surgical incision infections were analyzed by a non-conditional Logistic regression model. Results A total of 241 patients had incision infection among 13749 surgical patients, resulting in an incidence of 1.75%. Male, more than 70 years of age, blood transfusion, and hospitalization for more than 10 days were the risk factors for surgical incision infection (P<0.05, OR>1); while clinical pathway management, type Ⅰ incision, and rational use of antibiotics were the protective factors for surgical incision infection (P<0.05, OR<1). Conclusion Effective control and management targeting the related risk factors should be conducted to reduce the incidence of incision infection. |
