| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨治疗脑转移瘤瘤周水肿的方法。方法:总结1例小细胞肺癌脑转移患者的临床资料及恩度治疗脑转移瘤瘤周水肿的效果，并对治疗脑水肿相关文献进行复习。结果:恩度抗血管生成治疗小细胞肺癌脑转移瘤瘤周水肿有很好的临床效果，能够控制脑水肿，减轻临床症状，提高生活质量。结论:恩度可以作为治疗脑转移瘤瘤周水肿的有效药物选择。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the treatment of peritumoral edema of brain metastases.Methods:To summarize the clinical data of one case of brain metastasis from small cell lung cancer and the effect of Endostar in the treatment of peritumoral edema of brain metastasis,and to review the literature related to the treatment of brain edema.Results:Therapy of the Endostar anti-angiogenesis has a good clinical effect in the treatment of peritumoral edema of brain metastases from small cell lung cancer.It can control brain edema,alleviate clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life.Conclusion:Endostar can be used as an effective drug for the treatment of peritumoral edema of brain metastases. |
