| 摘 要： | 目的 观察研究利福平+强力霉素、利福平+链霉素2种治疗方案治疗布鲁氏菌病（布病）的效果。方法 选择330例各期布病患者，采用2种不同方案联合用药进行治疗，于疗程结束后观察治疗效果。结果 效果表明联合用药有良好治疗效果，近期治愈率达73.3%，有效率达100%。结论 抗菌药物联合用药治疗布病可取得较好效果。

| Abstract: | Objective The study was conducted to evaluate the effects of two combinations of antibiotics,rifampicin plus doxycycline versus rifampicin plus streptomycin,in the treatment of brucellosis.Methods A total of 330 patients with brucellosis at different clinical stages were enrolled to be treated with the two regimes,whose outcomes were documented as an evaluation of the therapeutic effects.Results These combinations of antibiotics proved to be effective with a short-term cure rate of 73.3% and effectiveness of 100%.Conclusion The combinations of antibiotics can be applied in the treatment of brucellosis to expect desirable outcomes. |
