| 摘 要： | 目的 分析新型冠状病毒肺炎（COVID - 19）患者的免疫状态及肝功能等实验室指标的特征，探讨细胞、体液免疫与肝功能损伤之间的关系。方法 回顾性分析2020年1月31日—2020年2月26日入住武汉大学人民医院东院区616例确诊病例的临床资料，根据入院患者肝功能变化情况，分为肝功能异常组（265例）及肝功能正常组（351例），分别对患者一般情况、血生化、凝血功能、细胞免疫及体液免疫进行比较，采用SPSS 24.0软件对数据进行t检验、非参数检验及χ2检验。结果 两组的细胞免疫CD3%、CD3计数、CD4计数、CD8%、CD8计数与体液免疫免疫球蛋白A（IgA）、补体C3（C3）比较，差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05）；而两组的细胞免疫CD4%、CD4/CD8、CD19%、CD19计数、NK细胞(CD16+CD56)%、NK细胞(CD16+CD56)计数与体液免疫免疫球蛋白M（IgM）、免疫球蛋白G（IgG）、免疫球蛋白E（IgE）、补体C4（C4）比较，差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论 COVID - 19患者早期肝损伤的发生可能与免疫抑制有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the characteristics of laboratory indexes such as immune status and liver function in patients with new coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19) and to explore the relationship of cellular and humoral immunity with liver function damage.
