| 摘 要： | 目的 调查我国农村中老年人社会隔离的影响因素。方法 采用2015年中国健康与养老追踪数据，筛选出符合研究纳入标准的农村中老年人样本7 427例，根据Berkman社会网络指数判断是否存在社会隔离，采用多因素logistic逐步回归分析，对社会隔离的影响因素进行探讨。结果 中国农村中老年人社会隔离发生率为28.84%，其主要影响因素有:性别(OR = 1.55,95%CI:1.38～1.73)、年龄(OR = 1.69,95%CI:1.58～1.80)、地域(OR = 1.21,95%CI:1.13～1.29)、教育水平(OR = 0.83,95%CI:0.74～0.94)、金融机构存款金额(OR = 0.86,95%CI:0.80～0.93)、出入阶梯数(OR = 1.06,95%CI:1.01～1.13)、听力(OR = 1.25, 95%CI:1.11～1.41)、认知情况(OR = 0.91,95%CI:0.89～0.93)、生活满意度(OR = 1.07, 95%CI:1.01～1.15)、抑郁(OR = 1.17,95%CI:1.04～1.31)。结论 我国农村中老年人社会隔离发生率较高，应结合农村中老年人群体的特殊性，加强农村基础设施建设，重视中老年人身心健康管理，增加其社会网络和社会参与，以减少社会隔离的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the factors influencing social isolation among the rural middle-aged and elderly population in China. Methods Data of 7 427 rural middle-aged and elder residents who met the study inclusion criteria were retrieved from the China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study(2015 CHARLS wave 3). Social isolation was determined based on the Berkman Social Network Index, and multi-factor logistic step-wise regression analysis was used to investigate the influencing factors of social isolation. Results The prevalence of social isolation among rural middle-aged and elderly people in China was 28.84%, and the main influencing factors included gender(OR=1.55, 95%CI: 1.38-1.73), age(OR=1.69,95%CI: 1.58-1.80), region(OR=1.21, 95% CI:1.13-1.29), education level(OR=0.83, 95%CI: 0.74-0.94), deposit amount in financial institutions(OR=0.86, 95%CI: 0.80-0.93), movement calculated by the number of stair steps(OR=1.06, 95%CI:1.01-1.13), hearing(OR=1.25, 95% CI: 1.11-1.41), cognitive status(OR=0.91, 95%CI: 0.89-0.93), life satisfaction(OR=1.07, 95%CI: 1.01-1.15), and depression(OR=1.17, 95% CI: 1.04-1.31). Conclusion The incidence of social isolation among middleaged and elderly people in rural China is high. In view of the characteristics of rural middle-aged and elderly residents, rural infrastructure and the physical and mental health management should be enhanced to expand their social network and increase social participation, so as to reduce social isolation. |
