| 摘 要： | 目的 了解各地床位政府指导价格与其相应的实际成本的脱离程度,提出相关建议以供参考.方法 以浙江、湖北、陕西省及上海市的公立医院为研究对象,每省(市)选择二、三级医院各一家,共8所医院,分别对其收支状况进行回顾性调查分析;并比较床位的政府指导价格与其医疗服务实际成本的脱离程度.结果 二、三级医院平均政府财政补助分别占医院总收入的6.16%和3.18%.二级医院普通床位政府限价平均仅能补偿其相应直接成本的84.25%,三级医院仅能补偿其相应直接成本的59.75%.结论 床位服务的政府限价与医院所处的市场环境脱离,未能体现医疗服务的劳务价值以及各种医用材料价格的市场变化,需调整部分不合理医疗服务价格,实现卫生服务的科学补偿.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the deviation between cost and government mandated price in bed utilization in public hospitals,and put forward corresponding strategy.
